New Hampshire Housing is a self-supporting public corporation that promotes, finances, and supports housing solutions for the people of New Hampshire. They operate rental and homeownership programs designed to assist low- and moderate-income persons with obtaining affordable housing.
-
The target audience for New Hampshire Housing includes:
Prospective homebuyers in New Hampshire – individuals and families interested in purchasing a home, especially first-time buyers.
Spanish-speaking homebuyers – reached through the Spanish-language version of the campaign.
Local community members – residents of southern New Hampshire who engage with local media and community events like the Homebuyers Fair.
-
I designed signage and promotional materials for the annual Homebuyers Fair across New Hampshire. Collaborating with the Creative Director, I expanded on New Hampshire Housing’s existing brand identity to create cohesive visuals for print, social media, and animation. The designs were featured on local television stations in southern New Hampshire, with a Spanish-language version developed for Spanish-speaking homebuyers.

Homebuyer Fair Video
Detailing the fairs for first-time homebuyers, this animation was created and broadcast on local television stations in New Hampshire. In Figma, I collaborated with my Creative Director and Marketing Strategists to storyboard the animation.
Homebuyer Fair Collateral
Presented at the Fox Run Mall in Newington, New Hampshire, I visited the fair to take photos of my designs. It was exciting to see them in person and work to make sure proper color modes, sizing, and colors were being used prior to printing.
